Monday Hand-building Classes

Join us this January to learn how to hand build functional and sculptural pots without using a potters’ wheel in this relaxed class.
Taught by resident potter and Clay College Technical Tutor, Will Broughton, participants will learn how to create professional-looking pots using slab and coiling techniques.
This class is suitable for beginners and returners.
Over 6 weeks, students will make a pot a week, learning from the results as they go. By the end of the course, students will have gained invaluable tips and tricks to create hand-built pots and take home a collection of fantastic hand-made pottery.
