We have completed our 7th week here at Clay College, our first term finished! The weeks have flown by and each day has been filled with new experiences, new friends and a new way of working. The kiln has been packed with our final glazed pieces so we’re all keeping our fingers crossed for a successful firing. It is always surprising how each of the 14 of us despite starting with the exact same materials have adapted the art of earthenware is 14 very individual ways. We are all now very much excited for the next project and we shall see where the next stage in our Clay College journey takes us.
